We took a 'custom' trip during our cruise in November. Eliseo took us to a house where the family was making Coconut milk bread. It was the best bread I have ever had. I was wondering if we could get the recipe?

We took your whale watching tour on January 17,2014. We wanted to take a moment to let you know how professional the captian and Dave were. We totally enjoyed our selves. We did not see whale but had the pleasure of seeing a school of Dolphins. The captian went above and beyond the line of duty trying to find a whale sighting. If we return to Samana we will again book with you for a tour.

Hi Terry, we took your tour last week, we were the two ladies who just asked if we could do the the tour at the last minute on Friday, we were both a little nervous but loved the tour, we have already told everyone we know about this tour, (I am a hairstylist so you know we love to talk!). Thank you so much you really made the day special. Jayne and Kelly from VT.

Terrry, I want to pass on a huge thank you to Eliseo. Our departure from Explorer of the Seas last week was delayed and we could not make our scheduled excursion. Eliseo stepped in and took us on a private tour of the island. It was more than we could have hoped for. From fresh bread to hot chocolate, from quaint homes to beautiful waterfalls. The day was perfect. My only suggestion is giving him a 4x4. Traveling across the streams could get a little tricky. Was a great excursion and I will be sure to have friends and family use you in the future. In addition, you got a great review on Cruise Critic website and Facebook.

the zip line tour with Terry was awesome and was much more than a thril ride. Terry loves DR and cares about the local people. every part of the tour felt safe and pprofessionally run. loved swimming under the waterfall, the working farm and lunch at the beach. This tour is a must!

My wife and I took the zipline 5 in 1 tour. It was incredible! Amazing guide (O'neil) He provided so much information and fun on our trip. Scenery was amazing, lunch on the beach was delicious, visit to the cocoa and coffee farm was a favorite moment of mine. Incredible value for this trip and a great memory. Thank you so much Tours with Terry and a special thanks to O'neil. Hope to see you again! Shawn and Britt Y

DR was the one stop on our cruise I was not looking forward to. I was put off by warnings... Don't wander around by yourself. On line for the tender a woman mentioned Terry's tour and said I should try to get in touch with him. As luck had it we were the last two seats available on his tour. When asked about my cruise all I talk about is the amazing experience I had thanks to Terry. I stepped out of my comfort zone and ziplined. By far the most beautiful experience of my life. Then we got to see the true DR, not the tourist prettied up parts. Although beautiful regardless, it was the real deal. My only regret through the whole day( and it is a whole day ) was that my children weren't there to experience this with me. The local people have very little material possessions, they live in tiny homes, make very little money, yet the pride And hospitality is ever present. The children play baseball with broom handles because bats are unaffordable, yet they are out playing smiling and waving in a way that made me feel sorry for my American children who have everything they could ask for. What a day it was! Terry comes highly recommended. I will return soon with my children for a day of adventure, relaxation, education and a good dose of reality! Thanks Terry!

El Limon tour, March 19. We got in the van (very clean, a/c, well maintained) at the pier, were directed to the office to pay the tour, then our guide and assistant guide and only the 2 of us. (5 others were booked for this tour but missed the ferry from their hotel). Our guide commented things on our way to the starting point (about 20 minutes away). VERY nice guide, really enjoyed the ride. Got to the starting point of our horse ride. We got on some nice horses, there is a handler with EACH horse who walks along all the way to and from the falls. Took about 40 minutes to get to the falls. We were almost alone in the trails that lead to the falls. A little market waits for you at the top of the steps that you have to get down to get reach the falls. Many steps down, hot, humid, but soooo beautiful. Spent about 20 minutes there ( we were the ones to ask our guide to go back up, no pressure from him.Take your time going up, take many breaks, it is hot, humid and steep. Arriving back at the start point, we washed our hands, went to the bathroom ( 3 available and CLEAN ). We were greeted by the owner and directed to our table for the included lunch. We had bits of crushed plantain, salad and vinaigrette, chicken, beef, beans, rice and eggplant. Everything was full of flavor, seasoned and delicious. We had a wonderful lunch. We left and we stopped at the " bread lady ", she makes between 80 and 100 bread per day, by hand in her LITTLE ( about 8X8 ) bread shop. Then we stopped at a private house/factory we had coco candy .... WOW the best sweet treat we had in the past year...unbelievable, fresh, sweet, HOT, it just melted in our mouth. We LOVED that tour, TSWT is superb. Book it, do not hesitate one second. It was the best of our 4 ports. BRAVO to TSWT for honoring our reservation even if we were only 2.
